The new EXtreme pneumatic brake family is the result of our experience in the converting industry and the continuous research of our R&D office which has researched and tested innovative and unique materials to obtain the best performance that EXtreme is today able to provide you. The brake has been designed specifically for the corrugated board machinery, paper converting, slitter re-winder industries and many other applications.
The new and innovative pneumatic brake, designed in cooperation with the University Engineering Department, by using the most sophisticated calculation software and the best practice engineering, it has been designed to satisfy the requests of an increasingly demanding market.
Ease of use, minimal maintenance costs, compact size and unmatched performance are the concepts that have inspired our engineers in the designing of the EXtreme pneumatic brake family.
All brake details have been studied taking care with respect for the environment and the operator's health.
EXTREME XT10 PNEUMATIC BRAKE The EXtreme XT10 pneumatic brake, fully patented both in design and in the functioning principle, represents a new era in the industrial brake field, ensuring high and unmatched performance (1500Nm of torque and 6kW of heat dissipation) compact dimensions (300mm external diameter and 140mm thickness) and a longer life span on pads, 7 years. The EXtreme XT10 pneumatic brake has been designed specifically for the corrugated board machinery, paper converting, slitter re-winder industries and many other applications.

EXTREME XT7 PNEUMATIC BRAKE The EXtreme XT7 pneumatic brake, the younger brother of the well-known and very reliable EXtreme XT10, has been designed to guarantee the customers' success also in narrow web machinery, where a high modularity at the low torques is requested. EXtreme XT7 guarantees 350Nm of torque and 2,5kW of heat dissipation, extremely compact dimensions, 205mm of external diameter and 123mm thickness and a 7 year pad life span. |
