The VS mechanical variator is mainly used in general purpose, medium and fractional power drives. Its dry friction and sealed enclosure gives you a reliable, service-free and safe installation. And designed in six sizes, the VS can work in combination with the VR Series of variator from Varvel.

Other design/technical features of the VS mechanical variator include:

• Ratios go up to 1.5 – 7.5:1.
• Power Range up to 0.22 – 4Kw.
• Torque range of 2 – 64Nm.
