The EMF-NL electromagnetic brake is a negative multidisc brake that's closed with springs pressure.
Used for both dry and oil bath applications it is ideal for emergency or parking brake. The magnet housing is fastened onto a fixed support, while the toothed hub is splined to the shaft to be braked. Its static moments (MS) reach from 40 to 900 Nm.
